Terms of Service

These terms govern the drain and plumbing services PLACEHOLDER_321 Drains LLC provides across Brevard County, Florida. By requesting an estimate, scheduling work, or paying an invoice, you agree to them.
1. Service scope
PLACEHOLDER_321 Drains LLC provides residential and commercial drain cleaning and plumbing services — including drain clearing, hydro jetting, camera inspection, sewer and water-line work, and related repairs — within our Brevard County service area. The specific work for any job is the work described in the estimate or work order for that job. We do not provide engineering, design, or permitting services unless stated in writing.
2. Estimates and pricing
We quote a flat price before the work starts. That price is based on the condition we can assess at the time of the quote. If we uncover a problem that materially changes the scope once work is underway — a collapsed line, a hidden second blockage, a fixture that needs replacing — we will stop, explain it, and quote the additional work before continuing. You are never billed for added scope you did not approve.
3. Payment and invoicing
Invoices are issued for completed work and are due on receipt unless we agree otherwise in writing. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe, our payment processor. PLACEHOLDER_321 Drains LLC does not store full card numbers — card data is handled by Stripe. If you choose to keep a card on file through the customer portal for faster future payment, that card is stored by Stripe under their security standards, and you can remove it at any time. Balances unpaid past their due date may be subject to a reasonable late fee where permitted by Florida law.
4. Workmanship and warranty
We stand behind our work. If a repair we performed fails because of our workmanship within the warranty period stated on your invoice or work order, we will return and make it right at no additional labor charge for that repair. This warranty does not cover new or unrelated problems, damage from misuse, normal wear, pre-existing conditions we disclosed, or work altered by someone else. Parts and equipment carry their manufacturer's warranty.
5. Your responsibilities
To do the work safely and on schedule, we ask that you provide reasonable access to the property and the affected fixtures, keep the work area clear, and secure pets during the visit. You are responsible for giving us accurate information about the property and the problem, and for disclosing the location of private utilities, septic components, or anything else not visible to us that could be affected by the work.
6. Limitation of liability
PLACEHOLDER_321 Drains LLC is licensed and insured. To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, our liability for any claim arising out of the work is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, for damage caused by the failure of aging or improperly installed plumbing we did not install, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
7. Cancellation and rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a non-emergency appointment by contacting us before the scheduled window. We ask for as much notice as you can give so we can offer the slot to another customer. If our crew arrives for a scheduled visit and cannot access the property or perform the work through no fault of ours, a trip charge may apply. Emergency calls are handled as quickly as crews allow.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. The terms in effect on the date you request or pay for a service are the terms that apply to that service.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these terms or to work performed will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Brevard County, Florida.
