Hydro jetting for stubborn lines.
Cable will cut a hole through grease and roots. A jet scrubs the pipe wall clean. For repeat clogs and restaurant lines, jetting is what actually fixes it.
What we handle
- Grease-saturated kitchen lines
- Restaurants, food trucks, and heavy-use residential kitchens. 3,500–4,000 PSI cuts hardened grease the cable just punches through.
- Root intrusion in laterals
- Root-cutting nozzle on the jetter clears feeder roots in clay and cast iron laterals. Pre- and post-jet camera footage on request.
- Scale and sludge in cast iron
- Older Brevard homes with original cast iron build up scale on the pipe ceiling. Jetting restores the full pipe diameter.
- Storm and yard drains
- Silt and leaf debris flushed out of yard drains, French drains, and downspout tie-ins.
- Pre-camera prep
- Jet the line clean before running the camera — clearer footage, better diagnosis on the sewer repair quote.
Why 321 Drains
- Trailer-mounted jetter — 4,000 PSI, 18 GPM.
- Camera pre-inspection on every jet so we size the nozzle right.
- Recurring jetting plans available for restaurant grease lines.
- Will not blast a compromised pipe. Camera-first protects you from a blowout.
