• Scheduling information — your preferred dates and time windows, and notes about access to the property.
• Payment information when you pay an invoice. Card details are entered directly into our payment processor, Stripe, and are processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store full card numbers.
• Basic technical and usage data from your visit to the site, such as pages viewed, collected through analytics (see “Cookies and analytics” below).

How we use it

We use the information you provide to respond to your request, schedule and perform service, send and collect invoices, keep a record of work done at your property, and improve how this site works. We do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Service providers

We rely on a few trusted providers to run the business, and we share only what each needs to do its job:

• Stripe — processes card payments and stores any card you choose to keep on file.
• Email delivery — sends confirmations, replies, and invoices to the address you give us.
• Google Analytics — measures site usage so we can improve the pages.
• Amazon Web Services — hosts the website and stores job records and photos.

We do not sell your information

PLACEHOLDER_321 Drains LLC does not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide service, maintain records of work performed, and meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. When we no longer need it, we dispose of it.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete information we are not required to keep. To make a request, email PLACEHOLDER_hello@321drains.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Cookies and analytics
